Appetisers & Salads

Cream of potato and watercress soup with bread and butter

Classic Caesar salad: cos lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, anchovies and house made Caesar dressing

Feta cheese, tomatoes and olives with a lemon dressing



Meat

Roasted breast of chicken with asparagus, warm potato salad and a tarragon sauce



Fish

Warm poached salmon with new potatoes and garden peas



Vegetarian

Tomato and red onion tart with wild rocket



Dessert

Summer fruit mousse
