When is the Keller open?
The Keller is open Monday - Thursday 5pm til 11pm (food served from 5.30pm til 10.30pm) and Friday - Saturday 5pm til 12 midnight (food available). The Keller is closed on Sunday.
Are children allowed in the Keller at any time?
Yes, children are allowed in the Keller during the week (Monday - Thursday).
How old do you have to be to go to the Keller on the weekend?
The Keller is a venue for over 21's. Proof of age maybe required on the door. The management reserve the right to refuse entry, without necessarily disclosing any reason.
Do you have to pay to get in the Keller on the weekend?
Yes, a ticket to the Keller costs £5 after 8pm (times and prices may vary). Residents of the Coppid Beech Hotel must also pay this admission charge.
Do you offer discounts for larger groups on the weekend?

What's the dress code?
The Keller has a relaxed dress code, however if you wish to go to the Apres nightclub once the Keller has closed on Friday and Saturday nights, dresscode and age restrictions apply. The dresscode for Apres is as follows:
No ripped, torn or frayed denim
No sportswear
No hooded tops
No steel-toe-capped shoes/boots
No trainers
No offensive slogans
Apres is an over 25's nightclub.
What's your smoking policy?
It is against the law to smoke anywhere on our premises. We have a designated smoking area outside where we ask all our customers to go to smoke www.smokefreeengland.co.uk

How do I get tickets for a ticketed night in the Keller?
Please call us with your credit card details ready, or come in and see us, to pay for and pick up your tickets.
I've booked a table on the weekend in the Keller restaurant, can I order my meal on the night?
No. It is a condition of the booking that we must receive a menu pre order. Failure to provide us with your pre order will result in us selecting your menu on your behalf.
